South Africa Lowest Test Score since readmission- 55 all out vs India 2024 & Ind 153/4 to 153 all out
Many records tumbled in what was quite a bizarre, but remarkable day of test cricket at Newlands in Cape Town. Hosts South Africa were bundled out for just 55 after opting to bat first- their lowest ever test total since re-admission, and India went from 153/4 to 153 all out in their innings in a matter of 11 deliveries- the first time in test cricket that a team has lost their last six wickets without adding a run.

Mohammed Siraj was the pick of India’s bowlers, with his 6/15 destroying the Proteas batting.
South Africa interestingly had only one duck in their 55 all out.
