The BCCI has announced the squad for the upcoming T20 international against Afghanistan starting January 11.
The series marks the return of skipper Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in the set up. All rounder Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav have been ruled out due to injuries.
The three match series will be played on January 11, 14 & 17 respectively. The likes of Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar and Ravi Bishnoi will be leading the spin attack, while Arshdeep Singh, Avesh Khan and Mukesh Kumar will be the fast bowlers.
Star pacers Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj have been rested for the series.
