Madushan claimed his fourth wicket by dismissing Naseem Shah with a slower delivery, straight to Karunaratne at long off.
The 26 year old Karunaratne wrapped the innings by knocking over Harris Rauf with a straight delivery as Pakistan were bowled out for 147.
Rajapaksa was named the Man of the Match, while Hasaranga was adjudged the Player of the Series.
