The ICC has released the fixtures of Men’s World cup 2027 which is scheduled to take place from from October 2 to November 21 across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia respectively.
Group A includes India, Pakistan, Australia, Afghanistan, co-hosts Zimbabwe and Qualifier A, while Group B features co-hosts South Africa, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Qualifier B respectively.
Three teams from each group will qualify for the Super 7’s, with the best placed fourth team also qualifying. No points will carry over from the group stage to the Super 7.
Interestingly, while India and Pakistan are in the same group again, England and Australia are NOT.

A total of 14 teams will be competing in 57 matches across 12 venues (in three countries- RSA, ZIM and NAM). The fixtures were announced at a launch event in Cape Town on Thursday (October 1)
The group stage will begin with the repeat of 2023 final with India taking on Australia on 7 October at Cape Town.
The Men in Blue will then face arch rivals Pakistan in Johannesburg on October 10 (see the full ICT World Cup 2027 fixtures and schedule)
Hosts South Africa and Zimbabwe have qualified automatically , while India, New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan, England, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh have secured direct qualification.
