The BCCI has announced the 16 member T20I squads for the upcoming home series against Australia and South Africa to be held in in September-October.
Pace bowlers Mohammed Shami and Deepak Chahar, who were named as part of 4 standby players for the T20 World Cup, will feature in the T20I series against South Africa and Australia.
Arshdeep Singh will miss the series against Australia, while Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Hardik Pandya will sit out against South Africa.
The three T20 series against Australia will be played on September 20, 23 & 25 at Mohali, Nagpur and Hyderabad, while the series against South Africa will begin on September 28, October 2 & 4 at Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati and Indore.

Mohammed Shami has been ruled out of the T20 series against Australia due to Covid. Umesh Yadav will replace him.

The star bowler has been ruled out of the series due to back injury.
