Mitchell Marsh scored a scintillating 89 as the Delhi Capitals beat the Rajasthan Royals by eight wickets at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on Wednesday.
After being asked to bat first by DC skipper Rishabh Pant, Chetan Sakariya struck a vital blow by dismissing the in form Jos Buttler (7), caught at mid-on by Shardul Thakur.
Ravichandran Ashwin who walked in at No 3, added 43 runs for the second wicket alongside Yashasvi Jaiswal before the latter miscued a pull short from Marsh to Lalit Yadav at deep midwicket for 19.
Ashwin looked solid and brought up his maiden fifty. However the off spinner perished soon after, skying a catch to David Warner.

In the end Rajasthan Royals posted 160/6 in their allotted 20 overs.
