India vs Australia T-20 Match Report at Ranchi-2017

Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan guided India to a nine-wicket win via Duckworth Lewis  method over Australia in the first T20 international at the JSCA stadium in Ranchi in a game that was reduced to six overs due to rain.

Chasing a revised target of 48 runs in 6 overs, India lost Rohit Sharma cheaply but Kohli and Dhawan ensured that there weren’t any further hiccups and guided India over the line.

Earlier, Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav picked up two wickets each as Australia were restricted to 118/8, with Aaron Finch top scoring with 42 runs. However,after a one-hour rain delay, the target was revised and Australia suffered their seventh consecutive T20I loss against India and their fourth consecutive in India.
