Here are the kits that will be worn by the teams participating in the T20 World Cup 2022.

The T20 World Cup has 2 groups ( Group 1 & Group 2) in the main Super 12 event, with eight teams automatically qualifying for the event.

There were also two qualifying groups of eight teams (first round) from which four (Sri Lanka, Netherlands, Ireland and Zimbabwe) advanced to the Super 12.

Super 12 Group 1 features England, Australia, New Zealand, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka & Ireland while Group 2 has India, Pakistan, South Africa, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe & Netherlands

New Ireland T20 World Cup Jersey 2022 | O’Neills Ireland Cricket T20 WC Kit 2022 Amul

This is the new Ireland cricket T20 World Cup shirt 2022, the uniform to be worn by the Irish cricket team at the T20 World Cup in Australia later this month. The new Irish cricket T20 WC top has been made by O’Neills, with Indian dairy company Amul the official sponsor of this kit.

The team will be captained by Andrew Balbirnie and have the likes of Paul Stirling, George Dockrell and Harry Tector in their squad.

Ireland are in Group B of the first around alongside Scotland, West Indies and Zimbabwe.

The Irish will open their campaign against Zimbabwe at Bellerive Oval in Hobart on 17 October.

Ireland Squad for T20I’s vs South Africa & Afghanistan August 2022

Ireland have announced a 14 member squad for the upcoming T20 International series against South Africa and Afghanistan.

The Irish have retained the same 14 man squad that played against New Zealand recently. The squad will be led by Andrew Balbirnie.

Ireland will play against South Africa at Bristol on August 3 and 5, while the five match T20Is against Afghanistan will be played at Stormont on August 9,11,12,15 & 17 respectively.

India vs Ireland Second T-20I Malahide 28 June Match Report 2022

Deepak Hooda registered his maiden ton as India beat Ireland in a last over thriller in the second T20I to register a clean sweep on Tuesday.

The hosts went in with an unchanged XI, while the visitors included Ravi Bishnoi, Harshal Patel and Sanju Samson for Yuzvendra Chahal, Avesh Khan and Ruturaj Gaikwad respectively.

After winning the toss and electing to bat first, India lost Ishan Kishan early for three as he attempted a slog off Mark Adair into the leg side and found an outside edge to wicket keeper Lorcan Tucker.

The pair of Sanju Samson and Deepak Hooda featured in a 176 run stand for the second wicket before the former was cleaned up by a yorker from Adair for a sparkling 77.
