Delhi Capitals vs Chennai Super Kings Second Qualifier 10 May Match Report-2019

Shane Watson and Faf Du Plessis scored brilliant half centuries, as Chennai Super Kings defeated Delhi Capitals by six wickets to book their spot in the IPL final for the second season running. CSK had beaten the Capitals in both round robin clashes and this playoff, like the previous two, went the way of the men in yellow on a sluggish Vizag surface.

Delhi went in with an unchanged line up, while Chennai included Shardul Thakur in place of Murali Vijay.

Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians First Qualifier 7 May Match Report-2019

Mumbai justified their first place league finish as they beat Chennai Super Kings for the third time in IPL 2019 to book their spot in the final in Hyderabad.

The MA Chidambaram stadium has been a fortress of sorts for CSK this season, but not aganst MI, for whom middle order batsman Suryakumar Yadav made a brilliant 71 as they comfortably defeated the Super Kings by six wickets.

Chennai included Murali Vijay in place of the injured Kedar Jadhav, while Mumbai, perhaps seeing the slow nature of the pitch, brought in Jayant Yadav for Mitchell McClenaghan.

Chennai Super Kings vs Delhi Capitals 1 May Match Report-2019

Suresh Raina scored a brilliant half century along with MS Dhoni who provided a late flourish at the end as Chennai Super Kings thumped Delhi Capitals by 80 runs at Chennai on Wednesday.

The Super Kings had their regular skipper Dhoni, Faf Du Plessis and Ravi Jadeja in place of Mitchell Santner, Murali Vijay and Dhruv Shorey, while Delhi brought back by Chris Morris and Trent Boult in place of injured Ishant Sharma and Kagiso Rabada.

Rohit Sharma scored a maiden half century , as Mumbai Indians defeated the Chennai Super Kings convincingly by 46 runs at M Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Friday.

Chennai Super Kings included Dhruv Shorey, Murali Vijay and Mitchell Santner in place of Faf Du Plessis, Ravi Jadeja and regular skipper MS Dhoni, while Mumbai Indians brought in Evin Lewis and debutant Anukul Roy for Ben Cutting and Mayank Markande. Shane Watson returned to form by scoring a brilliant 96, as Chennai Super Kings defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 6 wickets at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Tuesday.
