First Pakistan Batsman to Score a Double Hundred in ODIs- Fakhar Zaman vs Zimbabwe

Fakhar Zaman became the first Pakistani batsman to score a double hundred in one day international cricket, when he made an unbeaten 210*(156) against Zimbabwe at Bulawayo on Friday.

Zaman broke Saeed Anwar’s record of 194 runs set by the latter in Chennai against India in the year 1997.

He along with the opening partner Imam-ul-Haq broke the record for the highest first wicket partnership in ODIs.

His unbeaten knock propelled his team to mammoth score of 399 runs in their alloted 50 overs.
