David Warner & Travis Head added 284 runs for the opening stand against Pakistan at Adelaide Oval on January 26, 2017( Australia Day). This is also the highest every partnership for Australia in ODI’s by beating the previous one against Afghanistan in Perth by Warner & Smith in 2015 World Cup.
This is also the highest ever partnership in ODI’s against Pakistan by any side, beating the previous record partnership of 248 runs that were added by Alex Hales and Joe Root at Nottingham last year.
