This is the new Abu Dhabi Knight Riders shirt 2023, the uniform that the AD based Knight Riders team will wear for the first ever edition of the International League T20 (ILT20). The ADKR team are owned by the same folks behind the KKR franchise in the IPL, and that reflects in the colour scheme for this shirt (modelled by Sunil Narine below)

Other IPL owned franchises in the ILT20 include the MI Emirates and the Dubai Capitals.

TCL and Khiladi X are shirt sponsors of this new ADKR ILT20 kit, as can be seen below.

Here are all the shirts of all the six teams featuring in the inaugural edition of the ILT20 2023, the first ever season of the new Emirates T20 competition. Three of the franchises- MI Emirates, Dubai Capitals and Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, are owned by IPL franchises, with a fourth (Giants) by the Adani group. The Desert Vipers are owned by the Glazers (who own Man Utd).

The ILT20 will run at the same time as South Africa’s new T20 competition- also see all kits from the new SA20 league.

This is the new Dubai Capitals shirt, the first ever ILT20 jersey for the Dubai Capitals Franchise. Owned by the GMR group (the same company behind the Delhi Capitals IPL franchise), this uniform is predominantly red and blue & will be worn by the Dubai Capitals in the inaugural International League T20 season that will be held in the United Arab Emirates later this month.

DC will have the likes of Rovman Powell, Sikandar Raza and Dasun Shanaka playing for them at the ILT20.

UAE have named their squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup scheduled to be held next month.

THE 16 year old Aayan Khan has been included in the squad. The team will be lead by CP Rizwan.

UAE have been placed in Group A alongside Netherlands, Sri Lanka and Namibia.

UAE World Cup squad:

CP Rizwan (c), Vriitya Aravind (vc), Chirag Suri, Muhammad Waseem, Basil Hameed, Aryan Lakra, Zawar Farid, Kashif Daud, Karthik Meiyappan, Ahmed Raza, Zahoor Khan, Junaid Siddique, Sabir Ali, Alishan Sharafu and Aayan Khan.
