New Australia T20 World Cup Jersey 2022 | Asics Australia Cricket T20 WC Shirt 2022 Alinta Energy

Australia have released their new 2022/23 T20 cricket jersey ahead of the ahead of the World Cup that they will host next month.

The defending champions, who beat New Zealand in the 2021 final in the UAE, will wear an Indigenous themed kit for the first time for this year’s World Cup.

The new Aussie T20 World Cup kit has been designed by Aunty Fiona Clarke and Courtney Hagen, with Asics serving as the jersey manufacturers. The new shirt features black sleeves, with green and gold (the traditional Aus colours) on the front.

Australia are in Group 1 of the Super 12 alongside Afghanistan, England & New Zealand and two yet to be decided qualifiers.

Aaron Finch’s men will kickstart their campaign against New Zealand on 22 October at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

The likes of Mitchell Starc, Glenn Maxwell and Josh Hazlewood were seen posing with this kit.

Australia T20 World Cup Schedule 2022- List of Australia Fixtures T20 WC

Here are the list of Australia’s fixtures for the upcoming World Cup to be held later next month.

The Aussies are placed in Group 1 of the Super 12s round alongside England, New Zealand, and Afghanistan.

Aaron Finch’s side will start their campaign against New Zealand on 22 October at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

October 22 – Australia vs New Zealand; Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney- New Zealand won by 89 runs

October 25 – Australia vs Sri Lanka; Perth Stadium, Perth- Australia won by 7 wickets

October 28 – Australia vs England; Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne, Match abandoned

October 31 – Australia vs Ireland; The Gabba, Brisbane, Australia won by 42 runs

November 4 – Australia vs Afghanistan; Adelaide Oval, Adelaide, Australia won by 4 runs

Australia have named their 15 member squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup beginning next month.

Singapore-born middle-order batsman Tim David has received a maiden call-up for the T20 World Cup.

New Zealand Squad for ODI’s vs Australia September 2022- Ben Sears included

New Zealand have named a a 15-member squad for the upcoming one day series against Australia beginning later next month.

Matt Henry, who was ruled out of the three-match series due to injury, returns to the squad.

The one dayers will be played on on September 6, 8 and 11 respectively. Spinner Ish Sodhi along with batters Henry Nicholls and Will Young failed to make the cut.
