A crowd of 17,666 was present for Day 2 of the first test between Australia and Pakistan at the Optus Stadium in Perth on December 15, 2023. Pakistan ended the day at 132/2 after having bowled the hosts out for 487 in the first innings.

Edit- Day 2 Attendance of Aus v Pak was 17,666 (December 16, 2023)
David Warner scored a spectacular 164 in front of a 16,259 crowd in Perth as Australia ended Day 1 of the opening test against Pakistan at 346/5 in Perth on Thursday.
After winning the toss and electing to bat first, openers Warner and Usman Khawaja got Australia off to a fantastic start. The duo added 129 runs for the opening stand before Shaheen Afridi broke the stand by dismissing the latter for 41. Pakistan’s bowlers were lacklustre in the first session, but improved significantly after lunch.
Left hander Warner took on the Pakistan bowlers by smashing them to all parts of the ground by scoring 164, before perishing to Aamer Jamal while attempting a big hit.
Steven Smith (30) and World Cup hero Travis Head (40) both got starts but failed to convert into a big score.
At the end of Day 1, Mitchell Marsh (15*) and Alex Carey (14*) were unbeaten.

Cricket South Africa have announced the fixtures of the second edition of the SA20 League schedule to begin on January 10, 2024.
The tournament will start with Joburg Super Kings taking on defending champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape at the Wanderers Stadium.
There will be 34 matches played overall with final set to take place on February 10.
