List of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Fixtures 2023- ICC Women’s T20 WC 2023

The ICC has announced the schedule of the eight edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup scheduled to be held in South Africa from 10 to 26 February 2023.

The 10 teams are divided into two groups. Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh are in Group 1, while in Group 2 we have England, India, West Indies, Pakistan & Ireland respectively.

Scorchers vs Heat 2023 BBL 12 Final Attendance 53,886 Optus Stadium Perth Crowd February 4

A stunning crowd of 53,886 was in attendance at the Optus Stadium in Perth for the 2022/23 Big Bash League final earlier today. Home side Perth Scorchers successfully defended their title in front of their fans as they edged Brisbane Heat in a last over thriller.

Perth have consistently had the best attendances in BBL12– this near 54k crowd was the biggest one of the current BBL season, and is a record crowd for any BBL final.

Brisbane Heat fans thought they had the match in their grasp when Ashton Turner was run out in the 18th over after a terrible mix-up with Nick Hobson. The Scorchers still needed 40 off 20 at that stage, but young Cooper Connolly held his nerve with a quickfire 24*(10) and Hobson finished the game with a six and a four from two Michael Neser full tosses in the final over. List of Women’s T20 World Cup Warm Cup Fixtures 2023- ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023

The ICC has announced Women’s T20 World Cup warm up fixtures to be played in South Africa. The total of 10 games will be played ahead of the the main tournament.

The first warm-up game be played between New Zealand and West Indies on February 6, Monday.

West Indies Women T20 Squad World Cup 2023 | West Indies Women’s Roster T20 WC 2023 South Africa

West Indies have named their 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in South Africa starting on February 11.

The squad features three West Indies U19 stars namely Zaida James, Trishan Holder and Djenaba Joseph respectively. The team will be captained by Hayley Matthews. The squad also marks the return of former skipper Stafanie Taylor, subject to fitness.

The Windies are in Group 2 alongside England, India, Pakistan and Ireland. They will begin their campaign against England at Boland Park on February 11.
