First Ever Surrey Cricket Castore Kit 2023 | New Surrey County Championship, ODI Jersey & T20 Vitality Blast Shirt 2023

These are the new Surrey cricket jerseys 2023, the new uniforms for Surrey cricket club for the upcoming 2023 season. The new Surrey CC 2023 shirts are the first to be made by Castore after they replaced Adidas as the club’s new kit partners, and were officially revealed on March 15, 2023.

Castore have unveiled three new tops- a cream County Championship kit (modelled by Burns & Sibley), a darker ODI shirt and a blue T20 Vitality Blast shirt.

Tom Curran | Somerset fans a “bunch of peasants” August 2018 Vitality T20 Blast

England bowler Tom Curran did not hold back in his criticism of Somerset’s fans following his Surrey side’s narrow defeat in their Vitality T20 Blast game at Taunton.

Curran called it the “worst crowd I’ve experienced” and “a bunch of peasants setting a terrible example”

Somerset won the game by 4 wickets. Surrey batting first scored 176/9 in their 20, which Somerset overhauled with five balls to spare thanks to half centuries from Peter Trego and Corey Anderson.

Curran individually had a decent game- 21 runs off 12 balls with the bat, and 2/32 from 4 overs with the ball. On the same day, his younger brother Sam was part of the England team that skittled out India for 107 at Lord’s, with the 20 year old bowling a peach of a delivery to dismiss opposition wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik.
