This is the new Pakistan T20 World Cup shirt, Pakistan’s new uniform for the T20 WC to be held in Australia next month. The new Pak T20 WC jersey was officially unveiled on September 18, 2022, and was nicknamed the “Green Thunder” shirt. Pakistan have released two shirts for the tournament, with one to presumably serve as the away/alternate/colour clash kit.

The striped design on the front of the shirt doesn’t extend to the reverse though, which is plain and also has the Pakistani flag.

The likes of Babar Azam and Shadab Khan are here seen modelling the new Pakistani T20 WC shirt for 2022.

The Asia Cup shirt had both TCL and Pepsi on the front (with Parkview on the reverse), but this seemingly only has Pepsi on the sleeve. A modified version of the alternate shirt (with TCL on the front) will be worn in Pakistan’s T20 series against England at home later this month.

Pakistan have named their 15 man squad for the forthcoming T20 World Cup beginning later next month.

Star batsman Babar Azam will be leading the side, while Shadab Khan will be his deputy.

Pakistan have brought in left-hander Shan Masood in place of Fakhar Zaman who had a poor run in the recently concluded Asia Cup.

Edit Fakhar Zaman has been ruled of the T20 World Cup due to injury. He will be replaced by Mohammad Haris.

Shaheen Shah Afridi returns to the squad after suffering a injury. The likes of Usman Qadir, Mohammad Haris & Shahnawaz Dahani have been named as standby players

Standby Players: Usman Qadir & Shahnawaz Dahani.

Here are the list of fixtures of Pakistan for the upcoming T20 World Cup scheduled to be held in Australia later next month.

Pakistan will begin their campaign against arch rivals India on October 23 in Melbourne. Babar Azam’s men will then play Zimbabwe (Winner of Group B) on October 27 in Perth.

Pakistan are placed in Group 2 alongside India , South Africa, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe (B1) and Netherlands (A2)
