Tom Curran replaces Mitchell Starc in Kolkata Knight Riders Squad – KKR IPL 2018
Kolkata Knight Riders have signed up Tom Curran as replacement for Mitchell Starc who has been ruled out due to stress fracture in his right leg in this year’s IPL 2018.
Starc was ruled out of the ongoing fourth Test between Australia and South Africa at the Wanderers.
Curran will be join his fellow Surrey mate Jason Roy in IPL 2018, who will be representing the Delhi Daredevils.
This will be Tom Curran’s maiden IPL Stint.

Curran is expected to join KKR before their first match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 8.
He is also the 11th England player to take part in the league and the second replacement after Alex Hales who was recruited by Sunrisers Hyderabad couple of days ago.
In the year 2014, the 23 year old made his T20 debut for Surrey against Sussex.
In 51 T-20 games which he has played he has captured 53 wickets at an average of just over 27.
Curran, son of former Zimbabwe all-rounder Kevin, made his T20I debut for England against South Africa in Taunton last year picked up 3 wickets.
