The Super 8 fixtures have been announced with Bangladesh securing their place in the Super 8 by beating Nepal in the Group D match on Monday.

The teams that have qualifed for Super 8 are India (Group A), USA (Group A), Australia (Group B), England (Group B), Afghanistan (Group C), West Indies (Group C), South Africa (Group D) and Bangladesh (Group D). All the games will be held in West Indies.

England Super 8 Fixtures T20 World Cup 2024 |England Cricket Match Schedule T20 WC

Here are England’s Super 8 fixtures for the T20 World Cup 2024. England are drawn in Group 2 alongside USA, West Indies and South Africa.

They will their opening Super 8 fixture against West Indies at St Lucia on June 20. The matches will be played in Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, and St Vincent.

20 June: England v West Indies, Gros Islet, St Lucia (6 AM IST), England won by 8 wickets

21 June: England v South Africa, Gros Islet, St Lucia (8 PM IST), South Africa won by 7 runs

23 June: United States vs England – Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados – 8:00 PM IST , England won by 10 wickets

New England ODI Kit 2024-25- Castore Shirt with Cinch Sponsor

The England cricket team have launched the new one day kit for the 2024- 25 season.

The English side will play a four-match T20I series against Pakistan beginning May 22. They will then embark to the ICC T20 World Cup scheduled to begin in the West Indies and the USA in June.

England are placed in Group B along side Australia, Namibia, Oman, and Scotland.

They will begin their campaign against Scotland on June 4 in Barbados, followed it up by a clash against Australia on June 8.

Castore is the shirt sponsor, while Cinch is the title sponsor of this kit. The likes of Ben Duckett and Adil Rashid were seen posing with this kit.

England Squad T20 World Cup 2024 | 15 Man England Roster T20 WC 2024

England have unveiled their squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup scheduled to be held in June in USA and West Indies.

The team will be captained by Jos Buttler with Moeen Ali being named his deputy. Jofra Archer returns to the squad after recovering from elbow injury.

India vs England Fifth Test Day 3 Dharamsala Match Report 2024

Ravi Ashwin claimed figures of 5/77 as India beat England by an innings and 64 runs in the fifth and the final test in Dharamsala on Saturday.

Resuming their innings at 473/8, James Anderson claimed his 700th test wicket by dismissing Kuldeep Yadav for 30. Shoaib Bashir then claimed his five-fer by dismissing Jasprit Bumrah stumped for 20, as India were bowled out for 477 with an overall lead of 259.

In response, England got off to a bad start as Ben Duckett was cleaned up while trying to take on Ashwin for 2. Zak Crawley was caught at backward short leg by Sarfaraz Khan for 16.

The off spinner claimed his third wicket as Ollie Pope (19) top edged a sweep yo Yashasvi Jaiswal. The pair of Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow added 56 runs for the fourth wicket stand before the latter was trapped leg before wicket by Kuldeep Yadav for a quickfire 31 ball-39.

Skipper Ben Stokes poor run with the bat continued as was dismissed by Ravi Ashwin for 2. Jasprit Bumrah then got into the act by snaring wickets of Tom Hartley leg before and then dismissing Mark Wood with a brutal yorker.

Root along with Shoaib Bashir kept the hosts at bay adding 48 runs for the ninth wicket stand before the latter was cleaned up by a quicker delivery from Ravi Jadeja for 13.

Kuldeep then claimed the final wicket by dismissing Root caught at long off as India completed a 4-1 series win over England.
