New CSK Jersey 2021 | Myntra Sponsor Chennai Super Kings IPL Kit 2021 Camouflage Army Tribute

Chennai Super Kings have today officially unveiled the team’s new jersey for the 2021 Indian Premier League (Wednesday 25 March, 2021)

CSK, who had a very forgettable 2020 season by their usual high standards, will begin their 2021 campaign against last year’s runners-up Delhi on April 10 in Mumbai.

The new CSK 2021 shirt features a camouflage design on the shoulders- a tribute to the Indian Army. CSK skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is also a honorary Lieutenant Colonel, and has previously donned gloves with army insignia. There are three stars on the top, indicating the number of IPL trophies won by the franchise.

Myntra are the primary sponsors of CSK’s new 2021 IPL kit. The strip also has CSK’s famous slogan “Whistlepodu” as a hashtag on the reverse, as can be seen in the pictures below.

Suryakumar Yadav’s maiden fifty, followed by brilliant bowling performances from Shardul Thakur and Hardik Pandya helped India win the fourth T-20 international against England by 8 runs on Friday.

The home side included Rahul Chahar and Yadav in place of Yuzvendra Chahal and the injured Ishan Kishan respectively. The visitors, on the other hand, went in with an unchanged line up.
