New Zealand have unveiled their 15 man squad for the upcoming World Cup 2023 scheduled to be held in India in October- November.
Skipper Kane Williamson returns to the side after suffering a knee injury. The squad features the likes of Mark Chapman, Devon Conway, Lockie Ferguson and Matt Henry respectively.
All rounder Michael Bracewell has been ruled out of for 6 to 8 months after suffering a right achilles injury.
Adam Milne, Kyle Jamieson who suffered injuries during the ongoing New Zealand’s tour of England has been ruled out. The pace battery comprises off Trent Boult, Matt Henry, Tim Southee and Lockie Ferguson. Ish Sodhi and Mitchell Santner will be the spinners.
Williamson’s Men will begin their World Cup campaign against New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on October 5.
