After registering a comfortable 2-0 win over Ireland, India will be squaring up for three T20Is, three ODIs, and five Test matches against England.
India’s tour will kick off with the first of three T-20Is set to begin from July 3.
Both teams seem to be in red hot form.
England will be beaming with confidence after their performance against Australia where they comprehensively defeated them by winning 5-0 in the ODIS and also the one off T-20 international.
India on the other hand have beaten Ireland in the recently concluded T-20s.
Star opener Rohit Sharma, a Real Madrid fan, would’ve been a tad disappointed on seeing Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal bow out of the World Cup, a 2-1 loss to Uruguay as seen on trendingfootballnews.com, but he will be raring to go against the English after hitting a 61 ball 97 against Ireland at Malahide.
However team India were dealt with the major blow, with their ace bowler Jasprit Bumrah and the young spinner Washington Sundar being ruled out of the three T-20 internationals and the one dayers.
Deepak Chahar and Krunal Pandya have been called as the potential replacements for both of them.
For English team Dawid Malan has been added to the English squad as a cover for Tom Curran, who suffered a side-strain.
