Bengaluru skipper Faf du Plessis led from the front by scoring a fine 54 in front of 29,680 crowd as RCB clinched the final spot in the playoffs in the IPL 2024 by defeating Chennai Super Kings by 27 runs on Saturday.

RCB vs DC 2024 IPL Attendance 28,806 May 12 M. Chinnaswamy Stadium Bengaluru

An excellent crowd of 28,806 was in attendance at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Delhi Capitals IPL clash on May 12, 2024.

RCB won by 47 runs thanks to contributions from Rajat Patidar (52) and Cameron Green (32)*, that helped his side reach a competitive score of 187/9 in their 20 overs.

In response DC lost half their side for 86, and despite a fighting knock off 57 by stand in skipper Axar Patel, they eventually fell 47 run shot of the target.

Yash Dayal was the pick of the bowlers for RCB with figures of 3/20.
