Australia vs Pakistan Day 2 Attendance Perth Test 17,666 December 15 2023

A crowd of 17,666 was present for Day 2 of the first test between Australia and Pakistan at the Optus Stadium in Perth on December 15, 2023. Pakistan ended the day at 132/2 after having bowled the hosts out for 487 in the first innings.

The 17,666 attendance was better than the 16,259 crowd registered on Day 1 of the Perth test yesterday.

Aamer Jamal was the pick of the Pakistani bowlers as he finished with 6/111. In reply, Pakistan had a sedate opening partnership between Abdullah Shafique and Imam Ul Haq. Although Nathan Lyon accounted for the former, and Mitch Starc got rid of visiting skipper Shan Masood, night watchman Khurram Shehzad hung around with Imam as the visitors finished on 132/2.
