Pakistan Cricket Board have named their 15 man squad for the upcoming 19th Asian Games that will be played from 23 September to 8 October in Hangzhou, China.
The team will be captained by Qasim Akram with Omair Bin Yousuf being been named as his deputy. The squad features the likes of Asif Ali, Haider Ali, Shahnawaz Dahani and Khushdil Shah.
Pakistan won the bronze medal in the 2010 edition in Guangzhou be defeating Sri Lanka.
Pakistan Shaheens squad: Qasim Akram (c), Omair Bin Yousuf (vc), Aamir Jamal, Arafat Minhas, Arshad Iqbal, Asif Ali, Haider Ali, Khushdil Shah, Mirza Tahir Baig, Mohammad Hasnain, Muhammad Akhlaq (wk), Rohail Nazir, Shahnawaz Dahani, Sufiyan Muqeem and Usman Qadir.
Non-traveling reserves: Abdul Wahid Bangalzai, Mehran Mumtaz, Mohammad Imran Jr, Muhammad Irfan Khan Niazi and Mubasir Khan.
