Melbourne stars have signed West Indies all rounder Dwayne Bravo for the upcoming Big Bash League.
The 35 year old, who announced his retirement from international cricket, will be seen in action with the Stars for the upcoming 2018-19 season.
Bravo who represented the Melbourne Renegades in the year 2017-18 season, became the leading wicket taker with 18 scalps to his name, with a best haul of 5-28 against the Hobart Hurricanes in front of a 11,010 strong crowd at the Bellerive Oval.
Despite Bravo’s best efforts, the Renegades finished at the bottom of the table with 2 wins out of 10 games.
The Stars team will be coached by Stephen Fleming under whom Bravo has previously played in the Indian Premier League for the Chennai Super Kings.
