Hilton Cartwright, born in Zimbabwe Harare, who has played for Western Australia and Perth Scorchers has been called up for the boxing day test against Pakistan.
Cartwright has been called as cover to ease the load on Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood, who bowled a combined of 112 overs against Pakistan at the Gabba. Cartwright is tipped to replace Nic Maddinson if he gets in to the playing XI.
