Sri Lanka have announced the squad for the upcoming ICC Under-19 World Cup 2026 which is set to get underway on January 15. The games will be played across Zimbabwe and Namibia.
The squad will be captained by Vimath Dinsara with Kavija Gamage being named his deputy. Sri Lanka are drawn in Group A alongside defending champions Australia, Ireland and Japan.
Sri Lanka will begin their tournament on January 17 against Japan. The squad features the likes of Gamage, Viran Chamuditha, Gamage and Chamika Heentigala.
the Lankans reached the Super 6s stage of the previous edition of the tournament.
